The Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has described the Group Managing Director of SO & U, Mr. Udeme Ufot, MFR, as an illustrious son of the State, who has displayed excellence and passion in his professional calling.
In a goodwill message on the occasion of Mr. Ufot’s birthday, the Governor, through his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Ekerete Udoh, said, “ on behalf of the Government and people of Akwa Ibom State, I join your family, professional colleagues and indeed Corporate Nigeria to celebrate you on the occasion of your Birthday.
“You exemplify the purpose- driven, thirst for excellence, resilience and passion for service that form the building blocks of the Akwa Ibom identity”..
He said, “today, because you defined yourself early and put in the work, you bestride the Nigerian advertising and brand marketing world like a colossus.
“We are proud that you have identified with your people, giving back to the community and of course, supporting and agreeing to be the Chairman of the Planning Committee of ‘Akwa Ibom Corporate Summit’ coming up in the course of the year.
“As you mark your Birthday today, I pray for more wisdom, good health and continuous God’s grace upon your life”.
